Absences or Cancellations

There will be no adjustment in tuition made to missed lessons. To accommodate when a student must miss a lesson due to illness, family emergency or severe weather, if possible you may reschedule. If lesson has to be canceled please call at least 24 hours in advance.

If schools are closed because of weather, lessons may or may not be canceled. Road conditions often improve dramatically throughout the day so please call to discuss your options. Please note that lessons are not automatically canceled for government holidays and school conferences. Please check the calendar if you have any questions. Lessons missed by the teacher will be rescheduled or refunded.

Lesson Time

Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend their child’s lesson. For a child of very young age this is very important as the parent will need to help with practicing what was taught during lesson.

Cell Phones

Parents and Students, please turn off all cell phones unless using to film lesson. Your child deserves your undivided attention. It is very distracting when they ring and sends a message that something else is more important than the lesson.
